The Cooldome™ system is designed for hot climates above 105ºF, where internal dome temperatures can exceed 185°F. Extreme heat can cause catastrophic failures in most camera systems. The Cooldome™ contains the Dotworkz designed and patented thermo-dynamic heat pump for regulating internal dome temperatures, thus prolonging the life of the camera system and preventing thermal shut down. The Cooldome™ will keep the temperature inside the dome at 80°F to 90°F, even when outside temperatures climb above 145°F.
